"I clicked a "contact me" button from the cars.com website about a specific hybrid van. Troy emailed me quickly and gave me some more details and when I said I wanted to come in from Cincinnati for a test drive he said he would charge it now so it would be ready and I knew I was in good hands. Not every dealership chargers the hybrids beforehand and test driving a dead battery is useless. Vehicle was super clean, fully charged, I financed with a credit union and the whole process was very easy. Troy even got me a Level 1 charger when the vehicle didn't have one. These guys will go out of their way to make everything easy and I would definitely recommend buying a vehicle from them. I will keep them in mind for all future purchases."
